GOT QUESTIONS? Q: Do I have ants or termites? If so How can I tell them apart? Q. Do you offer a program for monthly or other regular pest control service? Q. How long have you been in business? Q. What makes you different from other companies? Q. Do we have to leave while treatment is being done? Q. There are homes near by that are being treated for termintes. Is my house at risk, and what can I do to protect my home? Q. What is the difference between tenting a house for termites and other treatments (foam & spot treatment)? Q: What can I do to prevent bugs from entering my house? A: Because every house is different your service tech will have to determine this. Some Hints: Seal all visible cracks, clean debris that may leaning against your house, fix your screens so that unwanted pests cannot enter, and use preventative perimeter treatments. Q: If it rains will the treatment be washed away? A: Liquid residual treatment once delivered WILL NOT wash away. Q: I now have termites, how much damage can they do in a months time? A: Active sub-termites in a months time will not do much damage. However if left untreated can do A LOT of damage. We recommend that you take action as soon as possible. Also by the time you see evidence of termites you have had them for sometime and did not know it. Q: Does your treatment have an odor? A: We use the best products on the market with little or no odors. Q: After treatment will I still see bugs? A: After treatment you may see some bugs, however, you will see a noticeable reduction until entire infestation is gone. Bugs can still live outside and will try to re-enter the house. We suggest that a preventative perimeter treatment be done outside to stop this.
